Storm damage, a collision, a leak, or a covered system that failed: we document it, file the claim with your insurer or the manufacturer, and make the repair. You don't chase the paperwork.
If it's covered by your RV insurance or still under manufacturer warranty, we can document it, file it, and repair it, so the claim isn't one more thing on your plate.

Good to know
RV claims, explained.
What RV insurance usually covers (and what it doesn't)
RV insurance follows the same logic as auto and home: it covers sudden, accidental damage, not wear and tear. Covered under most policies: collision, storm and hail, wind, fallen trees, fire, theft, vandalism, and water damage from a sudden event. Almost never covered: gradual leaks, age, rot, delamination, mechanical breakdown, and anything that comes down to deferred maintenance: a roof that slowly failed because it was never resealed is the classic denied claim. We don't sell insurance, but after 18-plus years we know what adjusters approve, and we document your damage honestly so your claim has the best shot.
How an RV insurance claim actually works
A claim goes smoother when the damage is documented right from the start. The path we walk owners through: photograph and write up the damage in detail, get a repair estimate the adjuster can work from, file with your carrier, let the adjuster review (sometimes they inspect, sometimes they go off our documentation), and once it's approved, complete the insurance-approved repair at your rig. The two things that stall claims most are thin documentation and waiting too long, so if you've had storm, collision, or water damage, get it documented before it gets worse.
Warranty vs. insurance: which one pays?
They cover different things, and knowing which applies saves you time. Your manufacturer or extended warranty covers a component that failed on its own: a slide motor, an appliance, a system that quit under normal use. Your insurance covers damage from an outside event: a storm, a collision, a leak from an accident. Sometimes both are in play, and sometimes neither (wear-and-tear is on you). We file manufacturer warranty claims and document insurance claims, so whichever one covers your situation we route it the right way, and for Club members, the deductible on covered warranty work is waived.

“I was caught in a jam at the KOA campground in St. Petersburg when my air conditioner unit was throwing a faulty code. After calling multiple people, Jared assured me he would be there as soon as possible to help since it was so hot outside. Jared showed up within 20 minutes of the call and had the issue fixed in less than that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was fair with his pricing!”
