What we fix

If your jacks won't cooperate, we've seen it.

Hydraulic or electric, auto or manual, Lippert, HWH, or Power Gear: every leveling fault diagnosed on-site and fixed same-day when we can.

Won't extend or retract

Jacks won't drop, or won't come up so you can travel, a pump, motor, valve, or control fault.

Hydraulic leak

Fluid on the ground or jacks that slowly sink, a seal, hose, or cylinder leak we track down.

Errors / won't auto-level

The controller throws faults or refuses the sequence, a sensor, ground, or control-board issue.

Pump runs, nothing moves

Motor hums but the jacks don't budge, low fluid, a stuck valve, or a pump that's lost prime.

Stuck down, can't travel

Jacks won't retract and you can't roll? We carry manual-override tools to get them up safely.

One corner won't hold

One leg won't lift or slowly drops, a valve, cylinder, or sensor on that corner.

Seeing something that's not on the list? We've almost certainly fixed it before.

What's included

Two ways we keep you level.

Diagnose & Repair

Level down, level up, every time.

Hydraulic or electric, we test the pump, motor, valves, cylinders, sensors, and controller, find the fault, and repair it on-site, then run the full level-and-retract cycle to prove it.

  • Pump, motor & valve repair
  • Hydraulic cylinder & seal service
  • Sensor & control-board diagnosis
  • Manual-override when stuck down
Service & Prevent

Catch a leak before it strands you.

Leveling systems are easy to ignore until they fail at the worst time. We check fluid, seals, and hoses, clean and grease the legs, and re-calibrate the auto-level so it drops square and retracts fully.

  • Fluid & leak inspection
  • Jack cleaning & lubrication
  • Auto-level re-calibration
  • Full extend/retract test

Good to know

RV leveling, explained.

Hydraulic vs. electric leveling: which do you have?

RV leveling comes in two flavors. Hydraulic systems (Lippert, HWH) use a pump to push fluid to the jacks: strong, common on bigger rigs and fifth-wheels, and when they fail it's usually a leak, a valve, or the pump. Electric systems (Lippert Ground Control, some Power Gear) use a motor and gears on each leg: fluid-free and simpler, but the motors and controllers can fail. Both usually auto-level from a control panel with sensors telling the system when the rig is square. Knowing which you have tells us whether we're chasing a hydraulic leak or an electric motor, and we service both.

Never travel on jacks that won't fully retract

It sounds obvious, but a jack that's still partly down (or that slowly creeps down while you drive) is a real hazard and can be destroyed the moment you pull forward. If your system won't retract, don't force the rig to move. Most “stuck down” failures are a lost prime, a stuck valve, a sensor fault, or low fluid, and we carry manual-override tools to get the jacks up safely so you're road-legal. Then we find why it stuck, so it doesn't do it to you at the next site.

I was caught in a jam at the KOA campground in St. Petersburg when my air conditioner unit was throwing a faulty code. After calling multiple people, Jared assured me he would be there as soon as possible to help since it was so hot outside. Jared showed up within 20 minutes of the call and had the issue fixed in less than that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was fair with his pricing!
