- 1Place the order online. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number.
- 2We pull the unit from the shelf and tag it sold. We'll email again when it's ready at the counter.
- 3Come by during pickup hours with your order number and a photo ID. Have your order information ready and come to the front office.
Returns
Most of what we sell is a used, one-of-a-kind unit, graded and described as honestly as we can. Look it over at pickup; if it isn't what the listing described, tell us before you leave and we'll make it right.
For anything else, call the store. We'd rather talk it through than hide behind fine print.
